How do I transfer to another race event? (e.g. move from the 10 Miler to the 2-Person Relay)
If you would like to transfer your registration to another sub-event, please click here to be taken to our registration page. From our registration page click on “Transfer” from the left or right side navigation bars. Once logged into your Race Roster account, click “To a New Sub-Event” in the blue box and complete the steps as directed. Please note there will be a $10 fee to transfer to a new sub-event + any applicable change in registration fees.
How do I transfer my registration to another runner?
If you would like to transfer your registration to a new participant, please click here to be taken to our registration page. From our registration page click on “Transfer” from the left or right side navigation bars. Once logged into your Race Roster account, click “Transfer to a New Participant” in the blue box and complete the steps as directed. Please note the new participant will pay a $10 transfer fee. The original participant will not receive a refund. The exchange of monies is between the original participant and the new participant.
Will there be gear check available?
Yes, there will be a tent to check gear available near the start line. Checked gear will be available for pickup near the finish line after the race.
Is there a shuttle after the race?
There will be a shuttle running between the Finish Line and the Start Line from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on race morning. Runners who miss the last shuttle can take the T to Station Square (there is a fare) or can walk approximately 15 minutes, crossing the Smithfield Street Bridge.
What hotel is closest to the Start Line?
The Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square is just steps from the Start Line.
May I use a baby jogger, roller blades, or scooters?
Baby joggers, roller blades and scooter are prohibited.
What are the age restrictions for each event?
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement by race day (November 2, 2019) in order to participate. The 10 Miler and 2-Person Relay both require runners to be at least 14 years old.
