PITTSBURGH, PA – Stephanie Bruce, three-time U.S. Champion and reigning 2024 UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon champion, is ready to take on another challenge as she competes in the EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler coming up on Nov. 3. Bruce has already conquered Pittsburgh streets once this year, taking first place in the 2024 UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon. Bruce also clinched victory at the 2019 USA Half Marathon Championships, held in Pittsburgh. Now, she's back to add the EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler title to her list of accomplishments.

"What’s there to say? I love Pittsburgh," Bruce said. “I come to Pittsburgh to try and win!”

Bruce will face a competitive field, including Molly Grabill, a two-time Bolder Boulder 10K champion, and Sydney Devore-Bowman, the 2018 Pittsburgh Marathon champion. She will also go up against Jeralyn Poe, who boasts an impressive 10-mile personal best of 54:41, and Pittsburgh’s own Jennifer Bigham, a six-time winner of the City of Pittsburgh Great Race.

With an $11,000 prize purse on the line, athletes will push their limits across a dynamic course that weaves through Pittsburgh's iconic neighborhoods, including the Southside, West End, North Shore, Strip District, and Downtown. The top men's and women's finishers will each take home $2,500. For more information, visit ThePittsburgh10Miler.com.
